HTML report and CSV exports
Export a standalone HTML SEO audit report for clients, plus Pages, Issues, Action Plan, Comparison and Broken Link Opportunities CSV files.
Everything you see in the app can leave it. Use Improve > Reports or the File menu.
HTML report
File > Export HTML Report... saves one standalone HTML file you can email, upload or print. It mirrors the app: the same sidebar, icons, header and panels, organised as 01 Crawl, 02 Fix, 03 Compare and 04 Improve.
- At a glance: site health ring, a plain-language verdict such as "scores 96 / 100 (excellent), up 9 since the previous audit", four key numbers and the top three fixes under Start here.
- An Incomplete audit notice when pages were rate limited, and a page limit note on Free edition reports.
- Long tables show the first rows with Show all. Printing includes every row, hides the sidebar, starts each section on a new page and switches to a light theme.
- How to read this report explains the score, severity levels and how the site was crawled.
CSV exports

CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. Every issue row uses the same issue code you see in the issue library URLs.
