Independent SiteAuditLint analysis
SiteAuditLint crawled 100 URLs on propelrr.com in 17 seconds and found no critical issues. All 100 URLs returned 200 with no redirects. The warning count comes almost entirely from two sitewide elements: a footer BIR verification link that could not be reached, and one image without alt text on every page.

What stood out
Overall assessment
propelrr.com is one of the cleanest crawls in this set. Every URL returned 200, only one response took over a second, all pages have titles, descriptions, H1s and structured data, and 98 have self-referencing canonicals.
The 210 warnings are concentrated. A BIR registration verification link in the shared footer could not be reached by the crawler on 98 pages, and one image in a shared component has no alt attribute on all 100 pages. Government verification sites often refuse automated requests, so the link may work in a browser.
The remaining items are template details: invalid JSON-LD on nine blog category pages, two service URLs linked with a double slash, four near-duplicate ecommerce service pages, and a 102-character homepage title.
Audit methodology
SiteAuditLint started from the website's homepage and crawled up to 100 URLs by following discoverable internal links and the URLs listed in the XML sitemap. Results represent the URLs reached during the crawl and do not constitute a complete audit of the entire website.

| Technical | 99 | 2 double-slash URLs canonicalized |
| Content | 99 | 4 near-duplicate ecommerce service pages |

Major findings
1. Footer link to a BIR verification page that could not be reached
MediumFinding: 98 pages link to a verify.bir.gov.ph correspondence URL that returned a connection error. Two Stevie Awards pages and a few other cited URLs returned 404.
Why it matters: A registration badge is a trust signal. If the link fails for visitors too, it undermines the badge. See the broken link checker.
| URL | Broken target |
|---|---|
https://propelrr.com/ | verify.bir.gov.ph/correspondence/… [ConnectError] |
https://propelrr.com/ | asia.stevieawards.com/2024-stevie-winners [404] |
Recommended fix: Open the BIR link in a browser to confirm it works, and update the Stevie Awards links to their current pages.
2. One image without alt text on every page
MediumFinding: All 100 pages contain at least one image with no alt attribute. On the homepage it is 1 of 97 images, which points to a shared component.
Why it matters: Alt text describes images to screen readers and image search. Fixing the shared image fixes every page.
| URL | Evidence |
|---|---|
https://propelrr.com/ | 1 of 97 images |
https://propelrr.com//services/automotive-auto-loan-financing-marketing-agency | 1 of 34 images |
Recommended fix: Find the image in the header or footer component and add alt text, or alt="" if decorative.
3. Invalid JSON-LD on blog category pages
MediumFinding: Nine blog category pages contain a JSON-LD block that could not be parsed. Several of the same pages have meta descriptions of 245 to 336 characters.
Why it matters: Search engines skip structured data they cannot parse.
| URL | Evidence |
|---|---|
https://propelrr.com/blog/category/conversion-optimization | 1 invalid block |
https://propelrr.com/blog/category/email-marketing | 1 invalid block, 336-character description |
Recommended fix: Validate the category template JSON-LD and shorten category descriptions to about 160 characters.
4. Double-slash service URLs and near duplicates
LowFinding: Two automotive service pages are linked as //services/…, a double slash that canonicalizes to the single-slash URL. Four ecommerce service pages are 86% or more similar to each other.
Why it matters: Internal links to non-canonical URLs create duplicate crawl paths, and near-identical service pages compete for the same queries. See canonicals.
| URL | Evidence |
|---|---|
https://propelrr.com//services/automotive-auto-loan-financing-marketing-agency | Canonical to single-slash URL |
https://propelrr.com/services/ecommerce-beauty-personal-care-marketing-agency | 86% similar to health and wellness page |
Recommended fix: Fix the link that outputs the double slash, and add vertical-specific content to the ecommerce service pages.
5. Long homepage title and no custom events
LowFinding: The homepage title is 102 characters, and 12 other titles exceed 60. Only page views were found in page code, GTM and fired hits, with no custom events.
Why it matters: Long titles are truncated in search results, and without events, form submissions and key clicks are not measured.
| URL | Evidence |
|---|---|
https://propelrr.com/ | 102-character title |
Recommended fix: Shorten the homepage title, and add GA4 events for form submissions and primary calls to action.

On-page counts (titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals) are measured across the 100 URLs that returned an HTML page with a 200 status.
Audit limitations
The crawl was limited to 100 URLs and started from the homepage, so only URLs discovered through internal links and the XML sitemap are represented. A 100-URL crawl does not represent the entire website. Findings reflect the site at the time of the crawl on October 23, 2026. SiteAuditLint analyzed the HTML returned by the server, so content added later by JavaScript and responses that differ for automated clients may not match what a browser shows. This audit evaluates technical observations, not overall business or search performance.
