Independent SiteAuditLint analysis
SiteAuditLint reached 39 URLs on virtualstaff.ph before running out of links to follow, and analyzed 24 HTML pages. The one critical issue is a missing title on /case-studies. The bigger pattern is in the XML sitemap, which lists 14 sitemap files as page URLs, and in metadata, where 17 pages lack Open Graph tags.

What stood out
Overall assessment
virtualstaff.ph is small and fast. The non-www domain redirects to www in one hop, every analyzed page returned 200 with a self-referencing canonical, and Performance, Accessibility and AEO score 100, 100 and 99. Fifteen pages carry FAQ markup.
The crawl found only 39 URLs, which means internal links and the sitemap expose few pages. Fourteen of those URLs are XML sitemap files such as sitemap-blog.xml that appear in the sitemap as if they were pages. SiteAuditLint flagged them as non-indexable, without inlinks and without analytics, which is expected for XML but suggests the sitemap structure needs a look.
On-page metadata is the weakest area, at 78. /case-studies has no title or meta description, /blog has no H1 and only 86 words, 17 pages lack Open Graph tags, and industry pages for accounting, law and real estate are 92% identical.
Audit methodology
SiteAuditLint started from the website's homepage and crawled up to 100 URLs by following discoverable internal links and the URLs listed in the XML sitemap. Results represent the URLs reached during the crawl and do not constitute a complete audit of the entire website.

Technical SEO scorecard
Scores are the category scores SiteAuditLint calculates as part of its Site Health Score.
| Area | Score | Key finding |
|---|---|---|
| Overall health | 92 | Excellent rating from SiteAuditLint |
| Technical | 93 | 14 sitemap files listed as pages |
| Content | 95 | 6 near-duplicate industry pages |
| Performance | 100 | No slow HTML pages |
| AEO | 99 | All 9 AI crawlers allowed, no llms.txt |
| On-Page SEO | 78 | Missing title on /case-studies |
Major findings
1. No title tag on the case studies page
HighFinding: /case-studies returned no title element and no meta description. It is also missing og:title, og:description and og:image.
Why it matters: The title is the main input for search result titles. A case studies page is a high-intent page for prospects comparing staffing providers. See on-page SEO checks.
| URL | Evidence |
|---|---|
https://www.virtualstaff.ph/case-studies | No title, no meta description |
Recommended fix: Add a descriptive title and meta description to the case studies template.
2. Sitemap files listed as page URLs
MediumFinding: The XML sitemap lists 14 URLs that are themselves sitemap files, such as sitemap-blog.xml, sitemap-bloglists.xml and paginated sitemap-resume.xml?p=2. They were crawled as pages with no inlinks.
Why it matters: Child sitemaps belong in a sitemap index, not in a page sitemap. If listed as pages, search engines may treat them as URLs to index. See XML sitemaps.
| URL | Evidence |
|---|---|
https://www.virtualstaff.ph/sitemap-blog.xml | Non-indexable URL in sitemap |
https://www.virtualstaff.ph/sitemap-resume.xml?p=2 | Non-indexable URL in sitemap |
Recommended fix: Move child sitemaps into a sitemapindex file and keep page sitemaps for HTML URLs only.
3. Near-duplicate industry pages
MediumFinding: Six industry pages are near duplicates. /industries/accounting-firms matches /industries/law-firms and /industries/real-estate at 92%.
Why it matters: Pages that share most of their text compete for the same searches and give search engines little reason to rank each one. See duplicate content checker.
| URL | Evidence |
|---|---|
https://www.virtualstaff.ph/industries/accounting-firms | 92% similar to law firms and real estate |
Recommended fix: Add industry-specific roles, examples and FAQs to each landing page.
4. Missing Open Graph tags and long titles
LowFinding: 17 pages are missing Open Graph tags, most of them all three. 17 titles exceed 60 characters, including the homepage at 76. /blog has no H1, a 4-character title and 86 words.
Why it matters: Without Open Graph tags, shared links look plain, and long titles are truncated in search results.
| URL | Evidence |
|---|---|
https://www.virtualstaff.ph/ | 76-character title |
https://www.virtualstaff.ph/blog | No H1, 4-character title, 86 words |
Recommended fix: Add Open Graph tags to the page template, shorten titles and give /blog a heading and introduction.
5. Universal Analytics tags and a hard-coded Meta Pixel
LowFinding: GTM-P4W9X36 still contains Universal Analytics tags. The Meta Pixel is hard-coded on 24 pages instead of loaded through GTM. The non-www domain returned no HSTS header.
Why it matters: UA no longer processes data, and pixels outside GTM bypass consent controls. See the tracking and pixel audit.
Recommended fix: Remove the UA tags, move the Meta Pixel into GTM and add a Strict-Transport-Security header.

Audit limitations
The crawl was limited to 100 URLs and started from the homepage, so only URLs discovered through internal links and the XML sitemap are represented. A 100-URL crawl does not represent the entire website. Findings reflect the site at the time of the crawl on October 23, 2026. SiteAuditLint analyzed the HTML returned by the server, so content added later by JavaScript and responses that differ for automated clients may not match what a browser shows. This audit evaluates technical observations, not overall business or search performance.
The crawl discovered only 39 URLs, so this audit covers a smaller share of the site than the 100-URL limit allows. Pages reachable only through forms, search or scripts were not included.
