17 / Improve
Every audit exports to a single HTML file that looks like the app: the same sidebar, charts and panels, organized by Crawl, Fix, Compare and Improve. Send it to a client or print it, no login needed.
Clients and managers rarely want the tool; they want the answer. The HTML report leads with a plain-language verdict and the top three fixes, then gives specialists every table they need underneath.
1. At a glance
The report opens with the site health ring, a sentence such as scores 96 / 100 (excellent), up 9 since the previous audit. No critical issues were found., four key numbers with their changes, and the top three fixes under Start here.
2. Report structure
| Section | Contents |
|---|---|
| 01 Crawl | Site health, URL health, answer engine readiness, status codes, click depth, issues by category |
| 02 Fix | Priority fixes, action plan, critical issues, all issues |
| 03 Compare | Site health history, issues over time, before and after, comparison |
| 04 Improve | Category scores, answer engine readiness in detail, next moves |
A How to read this report section explains the score, the severity levels and how the site was crawled, and an Incomplete audit notice appears when pages were rate limited.
3. CSV exports
- Issues CSV: one row per URL and issue, with severity, evidence, category, new since last audit, how to fix and the Linear ticket link.
- Action Plan CSV.
- Affected URLs for any single issue.
- Broken Link Opportunities from imported backlinks.
- Every Pages view, Tracking tab and AI visibility check.
4. Same design as the app
Colors and labels are shared between the app and the report, so red always means critical, amber a warning, yellow an opportunity, green fixed and blue info. Long tables show the first rows with a Show all button on screen and print in full.
